1. What data stays on your device

All of the following is stored locally on your phone and is never transmitted to any server:

• Tasks, lists, notes, and reminders you create
• App settings and preferences
• Your chosen companion and accent theme
• Journal history and streak data

2. Data we collect automatically (Firebase)

Hi Tasky uses Firebase services by Google to help us understand crashes and general app usage so we can improve the experience. This data is anonymous and contains no personal information about you.

• Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics): Anonymous crash logs (device model, OS version, stack trace) when the app encounters an error. This contains no personal data.
• App events (Firebase Analytics): Anonymous counts of actions like "task completed" or "app opened". No content of your tasks is ever sent.

3. Optional feedback

If you choose to submit feedback through the in-app form, you provide a short text message voluntarily. This is sent to the Hi Tasky team only and is never shared with third parties. Submitting feedback is completely optional.

4. No account required

Hi Tasky does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use any feature of the app.

5. No advertising

Hi Tasky contains no advertisements and does not share any data with advertising networks.

6. In-app purchase

Hi Tasky offers an optional one-time in-app purchase to unlock Pro features. All payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We do not receive or store your payment information.

7. Children's privacy

Hi Tasky is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

8. Data deletion

Because your personal data (tasks, lists, notes) never leaves your device, you can delete it at any time from within the app via Settings → Reset all data.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. We will notify you of any significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance.
